Not in love with your item or need a different size? No problem! We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange.

2. Complete the Form. Once received, fill out the form clearly and include it in your return package.
3. Ship the Item. Send your return package using a tracked and insured shipping method.
4. Processing Time. Once received at our warehouse, we will process your return within 5 business days.
When will I get my money back?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund or a confirmation email within 10 business days after returning your product, please take the following steps:

What size should I get?
All our clothes are based on standard sizing and most of the products come with a tailor made size chart. Westrongly recommend getting 1 size bigger to ensure a better fit, as our clothes are tailor adjusted to the body, taking one size up will ensure you will fit in.
