Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Returns will not be accepted if the items have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items purchased on sale are also eligible for return.
Return Process:
1. Request a Return. Contact us at support@elleandrose.com with your order number and reason for return (if needed, you can add pictures as well to be more clear).
2. Finding the best solution. Once we receive your request, our customer support team will stay in touch, offer a partial refund, and provide you with the return address (this depends on which warehouse your order was shipped from).
3. Ship the Item. Send your return package using a tracked and insured shipping method.
4. Processing Time. Once received at our warehouse, we will process your return within 5 business days.
Good to know! We ship from different warehouses, read more about our main shipping and warehousing here. Please note that returns must be sent to the warehouse your package was originally shipped from.
Important Information:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. As a business, we strive to keep our prices competitive, and covering return shipping would impact our ability to do so.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund or a confirmation email within 10 business days after returning your product, please take the following steps:
1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email support@elleandrose.com with photos of the defective item, and we will assist you with the next steps.
Gift Returns:
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be issued.
