Returns & Exchange
You can return your order within 100 days of receipt. We ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 14 business days of receiving the return. The costs of returning products are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: always contact us first via info@amelify.com before sending a return. Email us to let us know you want to return your parcel. Without prior request and confirmation, we unfortunately cannot process returns.
Easy returns in three simple steps
Step 1: Complete the return form Download the return form here and fill it in completely.
Step 2: Ship your order Send your items together with the completed return form to the address below. Make sure your parcel has a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment until it is received by us.
Step 3: Receive your refund Once we have received and inspected your parcel, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your account within 14 business days.
Packaging requirements
- Pack the product in the original packaging where possible
- Use sufficient padding material to prevent damage during transport
- Ensure sturdy outer packaging
- Include the completed return form in the box
- Items must be unused and returned with all original tags attached
Return shipping costs
- Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a tracked service to avoid any issues
- Amélify is not responsible for parcels lost in transit on the way back to us

- Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration
- Items returned without prior confirmation from us
- Items returned after the 100-day return window
